Can products be picked up at your warehouses?
Yes, they can. Our products are stored in different warehouses. If you wish to pick up products yourself or have a third part pick them up for you, please inform our Customer Service department 48-hours before pickup: +31 (0) 24 3442360. They can tell you which store stocks your products. These are the addresses and opening hours of our warehouses:

Where do I find logistic information such as pallet size and weight?
You can find all relevant information, for each product, in our online database. This includes information about pallet numbers, size and weight. You can use the Product Search function to directly search the database for your product. On the specific product page, you find the logistic information. Click here to search directly.
