Legal merger Novio Packaging GmbH and Flacopac GmbH

PRESSIG and DEIZISAU – December 9, 2020 –

Novio Packaging GmbH and Flacopac GmbH announced today that they will enter into a legal merger to create one Novio Packaging GmbH on the 1st of January 2021, to form one strong German establishment of the Novio Packaging Group. Offices in both Pressig and Deizisau will stay in place. Swiss sister company, Deflaco AG, will not be part of this legal merger.

Flacopac GmbH was acquired by the Novio Packaging Group in 2019 and is one of the last companies in the group that has to be fully integrated into the Novio Packaging Group. With the legal merger of Flacopac GmbH and Novio Packaging GmbH this integration will start. Merging the two German companies is the next step in creating a greater European organization. The business will take on the name of Novio Packaging GmbH, a Berlin Packaging Company.
